This post has been a long time coming! I did a big Japanese Marker order via Amazon earlier this spring. So far, I have been really loving these markers. I have really been trying to work on having more time to be creative and I'm starting to get into lettering. All of these markers are great for writing fun notes or shopping lists. I love writing in color! Most of my order came from Japan and I want to say that the pens and makers came relatively quickly. I think it took about a week for these to arrive.\
Here's what I got:
Tombow Dual Brush Pen Art Markers, Bright Colors 10 Pack ($15.39)
These are my favorite everyday pens to use. The dual tip is wonderful because I use the fine tip side to write in my planner or fun notes to my daughter. The brush pen side is great for doing brush lettering. I love all of these bright colors. I realized later on that there was no black in this back so I pick up a black Tombow dual brush pen and now my set feels complete.

This set of 3 of the 5 color sets of the Zebra Midliner highlighters/markers ($15.48 on Amazon) are fantastic. I love the range of colors and the ink is light so it doesn't bleed through pages. They are dual tips so there is a highlighter side and a fine tip marker side. You can highlight over your text too with some beautiful muted tones and there's no bleeding of your text. It's great to use in planners or journals when you want to add some color or decoration. I got the set with all 3 packs because I wanted all of the colors.

I'm a huge fan of these Pilot Frixion Colors Erasable Markers ($15.40 on Amazon). I have been using them for doodling and I can easily erase any mistakes. Sometimes it doesn't erase perfectly clean but it's ok enough for me to fix. I bought the Pilot Frixion gel pens at Japan Town in SF and they were about $4 each so having this affordable set of erasable markers is fabulous. Similarly, you can get a set of 7 of the Frixion Retractable Gel Pens here for $10.65.

As you can see I love erasable pens. I think I'm obsessed. So I also got the Pilot Highlighter Frixion Light, 6 Soft Color Set ($5.78). I love all these pretty colors!

Ok I didn't get this in my original haul but I just bought the Tombow Fudenosuke Brush Pen ($6.17) in a 2 pen set last week and have been loving them! This is great for brush lettering and I find the brush easier to create those pretty brush lettering strokes. There are two pens included: one with a hard tip and one with a soft tip.
It's so easy to have all these great makers and pens at my fingertips. I keep them all in a caddy on my desk. Chloe and I use them all the time for art projects or when we want to draw together. I recently also purchased some Erin Condren dual sided markers and will do a review soon. Her colors are great and I love her packaging.
